Five years ago, Dr Punjwani admitted me to Clearview Behavioral Hospital in Johnstown, CO even though he never left Florida. Colorado law requires a doctor to physically examine a patient, which he never did. Further, he admitted under oath during a lawsuit filed by a Clearview patient who was there two weeks after me that during his multiple years of working as a consultant to Clearview that he had never, not once, ever physically seen a patient.
