After my previous doctor left the state, I was assigned to him. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional. He slams the door as he enters. He is almost angry by the fact I had requested a referral to a specialist. After explaining to him my symptoms, and how they affect me almost every day, he refuses to refer me to anyone because he deemed my symptoms not worthy of one. I felt completely unseen. I have been communicating with Dr. Siddiqui regarding a doctor I have been seeing in Boston for the past year. I requested a prior authorization, but because Dr. Siddiqui did not provide the correct information, my request was denied. I have seen doctors in Rhode Island and wanted a second opinion. Interestingly, Dr. Siddiqui originally referred me to this Boston doctor when I had a different insurance plan. Dr. S is an excellent doctor. My husband also sees him. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate his straightforward approach, making it easy to understand my health concerns without unnecessary confusion. Also always on time. I always leave my appointments feeling well informed. Highly recommend
I had a very similar experience to the person who switched here due to PCP moving of state (probably same doc as me). Dr Siddiqui was quick, curt, uncaring and told me to Google the reason to stop a certain med!!!! Won’t ever go back again!!!
I have been prescribed the same medication my entire life. I get transferred to this Dr. Because my other doctor left the state and now in order to get my medication I have to go see psychiatrists and all this because this Dr. Is an absolute asshole. He says " it's my lisence and I choose not to". I have had the same medication since I was a child he is asking if I have any copies of my psyche evals from when I was 5 yrs old lol.
