Dr. Siddiqui and his staff have been nothing but amazing. They respond quickly to patient portal questions saving me a ton of time with appointments. This has probably been the most interactive family practice experience I've ever had and love that his office has my entire history now at their disposal. Highly recommend.
After my previous doctor left the state, I was assigned to him. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional. He slams the door as he enters. He is almost angry by the fact I had requested a referral to a specialist. After explaining to him my symptoms, and how they affect me almost every day, he refuses to refer me to anyone because he deemed my symptoms not worthy of one. I felt completely unseen. I have been communicating with Dr. Siddiqui regarding a doctor I have been seeing in Boston for the past year. I requested a prior authorization, but because Dr. Siddiqui did not provide the correct information, my request was denied. I have seen doctors in Rhode Island and wanted a second opinion. Interestingly, Dr. Siddiqui originally referred me to this Boston doctor when I had a different insurance plan. Dr. S is an excellent doctor. My husband also sees him. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate his straightforward approach, making it easy to understand my health concerns without unnecessary confusion. Also always on time. I always leave my appointments feeling well informed. Highly recommend
I had a very similar experience to the person who switched here due to PCP moving of state (probably same doc as me). Dr Siddiqui was quick, curt, uncaring and told me to Google the reason to stop a certain med!!!! Won’t ever go back again!!!
