Recently became a new patient. Bedside manner wasn't great. Other members of staff uncaring. They had the wrong reason in their system for my visit and when I told the NP to please correct it because I didn't want to get billed for a service I wasn't entitled to, she walk out of the room and never returned. The next time I tried to make an appointment I was told Dr Rizvi was on leave, never notified of that, apparently maternity leave. She has been incredibly kind and informative during each visit, taking her time with patients.
Dr. Rizvi is the most informed and compassionate primary care doctor i have worked with. Actually listens to her patients and love that she is a DO.
Waited 6 months to get in with her. She saw me for my first appointment but after that stuck me with a NP who's education was clearly lacking. I pursued a DO for natural solutions and to avoid pill pushers. Her NP wanted to put me on BIRTH CONTROL and other drugs and said there was no alternative. Rizvi has 0 availability so I guess I'm stuck looking for a doctor that actually has time for her patients.
Very thorough, attentive, caring and kind doctor. I will most certainly go to see her again. Would recommend
