After two days of phone calls, this office proved to be disorganized, inefficient, and outdated. Long holds, inability to locate referral notes, refusal to schedule while notes were resent, a full office shutdown for lunch with no voicemail, and a two month wait for a cardiology referral involving my heart showed a lack of urgency and professionalism. Being told to physically bring all prescription bottles with no explanation was the final straw. I asked my doctor for a different referral and would not recommend this office.
Absolutely love Dr. Ahmad!! Working with doctors all day I know a good one vs a bad one and Dr. Ahmad is wonderful!! She is very thorough, listens and explains everything in depth and has wonderful bedside manner. Should I need her cardiology services in the future I will definitely be back! Staff are all wonderful too, very nice and patient!
