a 1950s kind of store they are nice and care about their customers. they dont ever advertise just word of mouth it must work for them because they have been open over 32 years

Our buisness & personal pc's have been bought & serviced at this great shop for over 15 years. Thanks for saving us again today!! In for service at 11am fixed & back at work by 3pm.....A LIFESAVER!!

In the past 4 years my family has bought 4 computers, Im more than please with the service and people of the company... I also now have my boss taking all the work computers there for updates and repairs. This is someone I trust. Quick, efficient, and personable!

I've knoen and used Software Plus for over 20 years now, since the days of the Commodore 64 and I have always been satisfied with them. I have bought 2 PCs from them now and they have always helped out when I have had problems. I have even recommended them to my mother, and she is also happy with them. I suppose some people cannot be satisfied no matter how reasonable the service is.

These guys have been around for what seems like forever! I have never had a problem Doug could not fix! I have bought all my computers from them, which are either made specifically for my business or good computers being re-sold for more the 50% off regular price for family members. If you have never used them, try them once and you will keep going back. Keep up the great. Steve and Doug, I think u guys have become a BG icon.

I should have checked reviews before buying a computer from these guys, but their line about "we actually build it for you, and are always here when you need support" kind of sold me. I later saw one of the partners, Steve Herzog, explode at a customer for repeating a question - with several people in the store. I subsequently phoned the other owner with a question and after being on hold 37 minutes, I had to call back. The employee who answered said that the owner was "still busy". Brought in my computer and a new case for them to transfer components into, they did a terrible job. Screws were stripped, mounts were bent, half the screws were missing. I had another computer guy look at it and he laughed. Quality of workmanship is not good.

I bought a computer from these guys and when i took it home .it did not work .so i brought it back and the guy told me it would be fix by the next afternoon.3 days later they said they fixed the problem,but would not tell me what was wrong.it sounded kinda of fishy.and had to spend another $75 dollars to make it work
