Bought one of these hot tubs in the beginning I was pretty happy with it developed some problems with the heating motor unit paid to have it shipped to Mason city parts were under warranty, but I had to pay $450 that it worked on got it back got everything hooked Up up, filled it with water, turned it on and it leaked and internally in the unit that I had just sent into have repaired called about it and was told didn’t leak what it left here. Good luck on getting help with a problem
As an engineer, I must say I have never seen a better, more efficient design of a hot tub! I have owned my Softub for 20 years. I love starting the day with 10 minuets of gently waking up the one's soul. Softub of Iowa has helped me when lightning damaged the controller - over the phone, walking me through how to replace the control panel - even supplied a used panel at 1/2 cost - that's service!
