2 days agoNEW I moved down to Florida 2yrs ago. I found Dr. Nguyen on google and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. The front desk staff really helped me understand my dental insurance and the type of plan I signed up for. The Dr. explained to me what type of cleaning I needed and what type of dental work I am needing to have. she went over the 2 options and I really enjoyed that she educated me in the importance of dental restoration. I highly recommend.
After relocating to Florida I was worried about finding a dental office that I could trust. I’m so glad that I found Softouch Dental! The office and staff are extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond explaining my treatment plan upfront so I knew exactly what to expect. I now look forward to going to the dentist and will recommend you to everyone I know.

TLDR: Front staff (receptionist, office manager, DA, etc...) are kind, understanding, & professional. The actual dentist has terrible bedside manners, lacks basic communication skills, and is seriously unprofessional. Went in for a routine cleaning after not having been to the dentist in years. Pre-paid leftover amount after insurance coverage for basic x-rays & cleaning (approx $45). Even during the first visit to her clinic, I realized that I was lucky to find an one-stop shop dental office with the highest-quality dentist and professional staff. Superior service. Friendly, professional, quality dental work and best teeth cleaning. If you don't have insurance, this is the best place. My whole family comes here including my parents. The doctor and staffs are so caring. I had everything done in one place with sedation and never have to go to another office for different service. This is one of a kind office that treat you like family.
