Awesome customer service, fast shipping, and an amazing product! Just installed on our 2017 Tacoma and it's awesome. We are currently in the middle of Tropical Storm Cindy and it hasn't leaked a drop!
Just got my top installed today and I love it. Easy to install and quality made parts. Most importantly however was the customer service received when ordering the top. Called them late in Friday afternoon and asked if they could get my top ready and shipped same day for Saturday delivery using my shipper account # and the lady didn't even bat an eye at it. Product itself is great. I have had mine for a year. I just bought a newer Tundra and the bed is 4 inches longer. Net/Net after talking to Bob is PLAN ON KEEPING YOUR EXISTING VEHICLE OR BUY A NEW TOPPER. So, product rating 5 - obviously, I bought one. But I think a simple extension accessory for folks should be an option. If you're going to invest this much in the product, it's a shame to be forced to try and sell it. And selling it has to be super specific to the truck bed size.
Took less than an hour to fit on my 2014 RAM 1500 crew cab, has been buried under snow and drenched in downpours with no problems, folds flat in a minute and can be removed totally just as quickly.
The instructions published online warn you to apply seam sealer BEFORE installing the canopy, but the instructions sent with the topper DO NOT. This is very maddening as it took at least 3 hours to install this on a sunny warm April day. Now, I would like to go on vacation but am looking at spending another day to REMOVE AND REPLACE MY TOPPER. The canopy is so tight on my 2017 Tundra that the rails flex and bow, they also lean in toward the inside of the bed. Not happy really. Topper is expensive, and the pitfalls are huge. ... read more
Such an easy install! Comes with everything you need and very clear instructions. Great deal. Can't beat it! Installed on 2000 jeep wrangler.
