Hello! I will gladly delete this Review if I can get a call back. I have tried submitting a online inquiry, calling, leaving a VM, sending a direct email to Info@ as well as calling Berry directly... Nothing has worked and we have not received any call backs... want to make sure you guys are still in business? Please call me back regarding some pending business we have spoke about in the past for a commercial awnings for my businesses...

Our new residential awning was installed today and it looks fantastic. It fits the existing 23-year old frame perfectly. Softek worked tirelessly to accommodate our crazy schedule and other construction projects around the house. The installers were exceptionally personable and wasted no time with installation. Everyone should have one of these shading their back deck from the sun!
Barry at Softek excels at communication. Ordering was easy and craftsmanship was excellent. The installers, Gator and Edgar, were personable and quite skilled at installing a rather large home awning. Very pleased.
