I had a terrible experience here today. I booked a manicure and pedicure for my sisters wedding. I was only serviced for my manicure and when it was time for my pedicure they told me they couldn’t service me bc they didn’t have time to do French tips. The owner told me that I would not be receiving my deposit back bc I didn’t cancel the appointment within 24 hours although they are the reason i couldn’t go thru with my appointment. 10/10 experience!! Anita did such a great job on my nails and she was so nice!! Best nail experience I ever had.
Ksenia is just amazing. My nails never have looked this good. She paid attention to detail and every step of the way she wanted to make sure I was happy. Totally recommend and I will be back again.
Prices not clearly visible, double charging for ombré nails, rude when asking for breakdown of pricing that’s not listed, being condescending (asking me do I know how to count)I don’t recommend this place. Also everyone in there barely speaks English, and this place doesn’t know how to file nails correctly, also made my great toe bleed around the cuticle area, was painful.
I don't often get my nails done, but my mom gifted me my first Russian manicure yesterday. I had my nails done (left side in the picture) by Ksenia. She is absolutely amazing. I've never had a Russian manicure so I didnt know what to expect, but wow my cuticles have never been so clean. Ksenia's attention to detail and professionalism was incredible.
