Decided to treat myself and go for a Russian pedicure. I typically get regular pedicures once a month, but wanted to go for the extra cuticle cleanup this time. I scheduled the signature pedicure, and was pretty disappointed. The tech did not use any of the tools in the package other than the nail clippers. I had a terrible experience here today. I booked a manicure and pedicure for my sisters wedding. I was only serviced for my manicure and when it was time for my pedicure they told me they couldn’t service me bc they didn’t have time to do French tips. The owner told me that I would not be receiving my deposit back bc I didn’t cancel the appointment within 24 hours although they are the reason i couldn’t go thru with my appointment. 10/10 experience!! Anita did such a great job on my nails and she was so nice!! Best nail experience I ever had.
Ksenia is just amazing. My nails never have looked this good. She paid attention to detail and every step of the way she wanted to make sure I was happy. Totally recommend and I will be back again.
