I don't often get my nails done, but my mom gifted me my first Russian manicure yesterday. I had my nails done (left side in the picture) by Ksenia. She is absolutely amazing. I've never had a Russian manicure so I didnt know what to expect, but wow my cuticles have never been so clean. Ksenia's attention to detail and professionalism was incredible. Prices not clearly visible, double charging for ombré nails, rude when asking for breakdown of pricing that’s not listed, being condescending (asking me do I know how to count)I don’t recommend this place.
Does this look like a French manicure to u, can you see? Clearly not, I want a refund immediately you don’t know proper customer service etiquette, and yall add hidden pricing false advertising, I would NEVER recommend this place , clearly this is not worth $170, this is a rip off, you’ll never touch my nails again, and stop lying on your review, your gel don’t last it breaks easily
I was so excited to try my first Russian manicure and pedicure here after a friend’s recommendation, but this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, I walked into the lobby of a building with multiple suites and doors, and there was no signage or direction indicating where to go. Have been going there for many years, always a positive experience. Highly recommend! I have had services with Masha, Polina, Umida, Ksenia, Anita. - all wonderful professional nail techs! Love the quality of their work and attention to detail!
