This is my first time here, I came for a pedicure and they exceeded my expectations. Customer service is a priority, someone greeted me as soon as I came in and brought a book showing all pedicures and explained each one. The atmosphere is spa like and relaxing, no strong smells or loud talking. Ashley was friendly and experienced, I had the lavender with hot stone pedicure and it was well worth every penny. This place is a hidden jewel and I will be back!

Best sail salon in the Katy area. The decor and technicians make you feel warm and cozy. Facility looks as beautiful as it is clean. I will definitely be a regular here!

Best of all the nail salons I have visited (throughout Harris County) - fantastic customer service! The salon is very clean and beautiful, the staff is excellent - customer service is obviously their priority. I have had experiences with more than a dozen nail salons all across Harris County and Soft Touch Nails 2 is by far the best place for a manicure and pedicure.
