From the moment I walk in the door, I feel special! Everyone calls me by name, checks on how I'm feeling (and when they ask, they LISTEN to answers!) The care is explained BEFORE it is begun and step by step, I know what to expect! I'm given options. The Soft Touch Team should be given ten stars instead of five!
The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I always have a good laugh with the staff and am happy with the results of each visit.
Definitely 5 stars. Dr. Adams explained my issues clearly (which no other dentist had ever done), and outlined my options. She also referred me to several periodontists which was helpful

I definitely give Soft Touch the highest rating - from start to finish! Mary was able to schedule me on short notice and I feel very good today especially with all things considered! I needed to have a tooth extracted, which is never what you want to hear. But, Dr. Wrigley and Amira (and the entire team at Soft Touch) made the experience a very good one. This visit was my almost-7-year-old's daughter's first filling the staff - especially Nicole - were great with her. They took time to put her at east even though it was one of the last appointments of the day. They set her up with a tiny purple iPod with kids' music on it and explained everything to her as they went. She had been quite apprehensive beforehand, but when it was over she said it had been no big deal. Thanks!
