Everyone here is super nice and very competent. After 10 years of avoiding dental care, I now have a great bill of dental health and now present for regular cleanings and checkups. They got me back on track before it was too late, and for that, I am very grateful.

Everyone at DrAdams practice is very kind and caring.
Once again Dr. Adams and her staff treated me with kid gloves, even though I am older than Methusaleh, or at least feel that way. The whole Soft Touch Dental team treats every patient like family. The replacement of a filling was painless, and Dr. Adams and Nicole constantly asked if I was doing okay. I unabashedly encourage anyone wondering if this is the practice to go to, to do just that.
The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. However there needs to be some education on what the customer's insurance will provide to them. After my cleaning, I was given the option of a fluoride treatment. I was told my insurance didn't cover it and I would have to pay $30 for it. I agreed to the treatment. When I went to the receptionist at the end to pay, she said the fluoride treatment was covered. I almost didn't take the treatment because the hygienist told me I was going to have to pay for it.

I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist but the team at Soft Touch made me feel totally comfortable. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel rushed at all--Dr Adams was very patient with my questions and concerns. So glad I found them!
