The cleaning by Michelle was thorough and quick. X-rays were taken, fluoride treatment applied all before the Doctor provided the examination. Examination was also thorough and I was out in less than 45 minutes.
I always feel like a person not just a patient for each phase of my appointments. The greeting using my name is warm and friendly. The escort to the treatment room is always with a friendly eye contact smile. The preparation interview is thorough and professional. If anxiety is a problem, it's addressed to make you more comfortable. It could be a blanket or a pillow. Dr Adams and Dr Wrigley are the best. But it doesn't end there! The office staff are great! Everyone at the Office is in sync; a well run team.
This was my first visit to Soft Touch Dental and I was pleased with the care I received. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful. The hygienist was thorough and professional and the Dentist were personable and answered all of my questions.
Soft Touch Dental has made me overcome my fear of dentist and I even look forward to the 6 month checkups. Nickole especially makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She is the best!!!!
