The entire staff at Soft Touch Dental provide caring, professional and thoughtful service. I have been personally served by most of the staff and they are both highly skilled wonderfully kind.
The best dental care I have had in the past 62 years! Their practice has the latest state-of-the art technology, is "warmly decorated" with relaxing painted walls and furnishings, and has a very friendly and professional staff that all want to make your visit as pleasant and painless as possible. They are definitely a five-star practice!
As much as I dread going to the dentist...I love the doctors, staff and the warm and friendly atmosphere I experience. I come from the other side of the beltway because I don't want to go anywhere else for my dental care.
Everyone I spoke with and met at this practice from the dentist to the support staff were extremely professional, skilled, and caring. The office is clean and comfotable. I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The staff is very responsive. Calls are returned quickly and appointments are scheduled promptly. The evaluatiion is thorough, and the treatment plan is fully explained along with an estimate of what insurance will pay so you can make informed decisions about care. The service is great! The entire staff is all about customer service and cares about their patients.
Everyone I encounter at the office is sweet and professional, and I came away with a good understanding of my dental situation. I recommend Soft Touch to everyone!
My suggestion is not not start staff meetings at 8AM when first appointment is 8AM. Either have staff meeting at 7:50 or fist appointment at 8:15. This says to patient our time is more valuable than yours. I understand when I have a 3 PM appointment I may have to wait until 3:45 due to complications arising from treatment complications. But when I have an 8AM appointment I appreciate all staff present and ready at 8AM.
The Soft Touch Dental Team is a very warm, welcoming and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend them. ~mk
