This dental practice is both professional and gives a feel of old friends. Extremely friendly staff that bend over backwards to ensure you have a comfortable visit and knowledgeable and efficient providers.
This dentist office is very friendly. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen.
I just love this office! Mary always remembers my name and everyone makes me feel like an old friend. Always polite, respectful and quick! It never takes long and I never wait. I highly recommend!
In my opinion Soft Touch is the PERFECT experience until you go to talk finances. It is really important that the person handling insurance and payments has a complete understanding of all aspects of her job. Since becoming a patient of Soft Touch, this has been the only area of frustration and we have literally had issues every single time we go to check out. We work with many insurance programs. Your employer tailors a specific plan and many of these plans have hidden reasons why a dental procedure may not be covered, or what rate the insurance pays out. We don't want you to have any surprises with your insurance plan payments. Any procedure that is over $300.00 is recommended to be sent to the insurance program for a pre-determination.
