Everyone was very welcoming, kind and understanding to me, and I felt very much at ease. I'm not as nervous now about going to the dentist!!
I have an excellent experience with Dr. Adams and the team of SoftTouch Dental. They treated my dental problems professionally while listening to my concerns and requests. They helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist by making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the visits.
Dr. Wrigley and the staff are true professionals that make you aware of everything they do before laying a finger on you. She and her staff are very informed and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed. I've already referred many family members and friends to this practice.
Mary, Sue, Michelle, and Dr. Adams are friendly, courteous, knowledgable and very professional. I highly recommend this team of experienced, competent individuals.
I'm so glad I found this gem of a dental office! I am always treated so well, and they go above and beyond the expected service.
They're the best dental team I've ever dealt with. Always friendly-they know me by name and make me feel at home. Nice touches abound from the neck pillows for an extended stay, sugar free milk shakes, and the Kurig(sp) coffee. And, I listened to Billy Squier while on an extended stay visit last year! Oh yeah, and the dental care is great too. Hahah!
Your practice makes its patients they are "in a place where everybody knows their name." From the time we enter the office Mary engages us in friendly conversation and it is clear that she knows us and is interested in our lives. This practice is a 5 plus! Everyone connected with our care is wonderful. I am so happy that I met Dr. Wrigley and came to her practice.
Definitely a 5 star dentist, the overall staff makes my family feel they are a part of each persons family. When we come into the office we are treated as guests and not like patients. The comfirting environment does not make it feel that we are in a dentist's office rather a professional office sweeting which takes away anxiety level
Soft Touch provides customers with an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. The staff at Soft Touch take the time to explain various options and to create a treatment plan that meets your needs. I was also impressed with their willingness to provide flexibility in scheduling.
