Im very picky and i also have a blk car so hard to keep clean and i know the workers are tired but please if you see that its still dirty tell me and let me go back thru and dont act like its ok and send me off with still a dirty car after i pd what i did and also left a tip ....hek no
The dryer broke off my wiper and I was told by an employee to purchase another one and I would be reimbursed. I did and took my receipt back and left it for the manager. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I went back and talked to the manager. He claimed to know nothing of the incident and stated he would have to call corporate to find out if it would be covered. He called back and said they were not liable and that the employee that told me it would be covered had left me the money to replace it. I absolutely refused ... read more
I worked here as my first job when I was 16 and the management now is absolutely poor and I'm appalled how this place is run now. They close down the interior during working hours because they were "slow." When I was working here the interior people would clean the property or maintain the wash bay. What is this lazy crap show they are running now?? Today I went and the whole facility was closed down "for maintenance" AGAIN during a normally busy working hour! You have the facilities to be a super car wash and a true service to the community but your management is so pitiful and inconsiderate it is unbelievable. Please get someone who cares about running a professional business.
I am so disappointed in soft sudsy their service has gone from excellent to lousy one station may be good but the rest suck you also have lousy customer service when previous management ran it was the best now I fear I will find someone else someone needs to overhaul this business
