If soft suds 1 & 2 are anything like the one on 52nd in Odessa I would think twice before using them unless the managers on duty. I cancelled my monthly unlimited. I'm unhappy with the quality of service. Some of the employees use dirty towels to dry the car and windows the only time the work gets done right is when the manager is there to check on them. So my last straw came when.....After having my vehicle damaged at your facility and you not taking responsibility for it I don’t feel you should have my business any longer.
SOFT SUDS (4200 W WADLEY, MIDLAND TEXAS) CAR WASH IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN UNTIL 7 PM. I GOT THERE AT 654 PM AND WAS TOLD THAT CARWASH WAS CLOSED. 2 KIDS ABOUT 18-20 YEARS OLD TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED AS I APPROACHED TO PAY. THE AGGRAVATING PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WERE BOTH LAUGHING, BECAUSE OF THIS. I HOPE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TREATED THIS WAY.

This place scratches your car all the way down your driver's door and passenger door.
Front passenger and back seats not vacuumed. Back window not washed inside or out. Piss poor job. I want my tip back.
The machine blew out my tire and no one ever returns my calls. So now I'll be getting my Lawyer to look in on this one. It's all the principle with me. I have photo documentation if you guys want to see it. Now I've had to go for 2 weeks foodless in my pantry because that was my food money. Just saying. Don't go there, as you may have to buy new tires.
Apparently, the guy forgot to vacuum the driver's side. I went back and had him vacuum the driver's side, clean off the console and wipe down where the door hits. I was told they did not clean that because it made their rags too dirty. I was so shocked with his answer, I could not response. They lost my business today.
