I had shopped around for days for LVP and carpet flooring. I found soft step carpeting in Plain City. I spoke to both Dustin and Bobby. Bobby came to my house and showed me a few samples of what I was looking for. He suggested coming to the shop to see more samples. My husband and I took a drive to see what else they had and there we spoke to Dustin. Picked out what we liked and we set up a good time for us to have it installed!! I had a great experience with service and pricing of carpet. Bobby was very knowledgable and carpet installers were very polite and professional.
It was very convenient to have Bobby bring all of the samples right to our home. He gave us great suggestions. The ordering and install process was efficient and timely. Overall we are very satisfied with Soft Step and would use them again in the future.

Great price and quality work. The crew worked hard and was very professional! Will call again when we need some more flooring! We had painted all of our wood trim white and expected a bunch of touch up. We were delited to see very minimal touch up!! Job well done!!
