I visited the location today - wanted to get some of the snow dirt off of my car. I also decided to pay the extra $1 to have the car dried. As I looked in the mirror, I could tell that the machine completely missed my back - and the dryer suggested I go back around because the machine somehow missed the rear. As I went around, one of the washer asked if there was a problem. I shared that a lot was missed - and that it looked like the car was not sprayed or brushed the car.
