Rushed appointments - after careful watching at my annual physical, she just copy and pastes from the last appointment and asks the same questions. As if robotic. She refers everything out to either another specialist or a prescription or even better, get on the Mediterranean diet. she said it 5 times to me in a 15 minute period. When I inquired about an injury in my appointment she didn't even look concerned and just said 'I cannot discuss that in this appointment, you'll have to make a new one to have that addressed?' Yes I would recommend Dr Rak. She was only doctor here in Jacksonville, that actually sees her patient and talks to them vs only meeting the nurses. Why 3 stars? She refused to keep me as a patient because I didn't have an annual appointment for a year but that was because of COVID. I did try doing a video conference appointment but it would not go through. Also they keep changing my daughter for annual appointments which we get free under my insurance. Honestly doctors are not how the used to be. It is all about money and g... read more

She takes her time but doesn't waste your time. Be prepared when you go see her, she loves patients that have a list of questions for her. She is easy to work with.
I started seeing Dr. Rak in September for a health concern and have been pleased with the care I have received so far. Dr. Rak has been kind and friendly at each of my visits. Most importantly, she is very thorough and takes my concerns seriously.
She would cancel appointments at last minute but if we go few minutes late we will not be seen and our visit will be canceled. I have had long wait times .Her staffs are not courteous. There is no compassion or hearing out patience questions.
I had a fantastic experience with her she is scared for both my mother with Alzheimer’s and my father with heart disease and myself. She’s been so fantastic for me but my entire staff at our business goes to see her too.
Terrible! Dr. Rak has no interest in really caring for her patients. Lacks empathy and compassion.
I have not seen dr rak but i made an appt. And. Missed it i wrote in on my calander wrong they charged me 50 dollars. Would not consider the mistake this was my first aappt with the docter if she is that money hungry she doesnt need my business
My experience with Sofija Rak has been ridiculously difficult and extremely frustrating for the most part. She refuses to listen to me as a patient. She is rude demeaning. Sofija has a one track mind that her opinion is the ONLY thing that matters. Sofija's only agenda is to prescribe more drugs and tell you how you will die a slow excruciating death if you do not follow her instructions; her exact words.
