Was getting a haircut here for over a year regularly. It wasn’t the best but they were cheap and included hair wash and style. During my time coming here I was always told to try the “root perm” for volume. Edit- the root perm was always explained as a treatment that basically permed or curled your hair at the root to make your hair more voluminous not as a full perm from root to end.
