I used to be a loyal customer, but I will never come back after my last hair coloring experience. I told them my scalp was burning during the process, but they said it was normal. Afterward, my scalp was peeling, painful, and extremely itchy. It took months to fully heal. Very disappointing

Sophie gave me the cut I wanted and I love the results. Friendly, listened well and it didn't feel rushed. She was able to slot in both my sister and I. This isn't my first time going here and it won't be the last!

예약 2번 컨펌 하고 아침 일찍 가서 두 사람 파마 했는데 같은 시간대에 두 사람 파마 약속을 받으셔서 원장님 혼자서 네명을 다하다 보니 섬세하게 잘못하신것 같아요. 너무 서두르셔서 이래도 되나 싶을정도 걱정이 살짝 들었지만 그래도 믿고 끝까지 결과를 기다렸는데 결과적으로 파마가 너무 안나오고 지금 보니 제헤어컷도 너무uneven 이에요. 원장님도 미안해 하시며 디스카운트 해 주신다고 했지만 전화로 여쭈어봤던 가격과 똑같이 받으셔서 아무 말 안하고 그냥 나왔습니다. 파마 할때 최소한 curl 을 확인도 해주시고 좀신경 쓰셔서 파마약이며 중화제를 apply 해주셨으면 좋았을것하는 아쉬움이 남아 리뷰 남깁니다. 미용실에서 찍은 사진이에요 ㅠㅠ
