We hired this service to clean our house after moving out in preparation for putting it on the market, including having the carpets cleaned in three bedrooms. Overall they did a nice job. However, there were a few issues. The main problem was communication, which culminated in the cleaners coming the day after they originally were scheduled without giving us a heads up.
