We hired this service to clean our house after moving out in preparation for putting it on the market, including having the carpets cleaned in three bedrooms. Overall they did a nice job. However, there were a few issues. The main problem was communication, which culminated in the cleaners coming the day after they originally were scheduled without giving us a heads up. Sofia's team was incredible. We live in an area that has hard water, and we moved into our home in 2020. It has never been professionaly cleaned. Everything now looks spotless. It also took a ton of stress off me since I work 40-60 hrs a week. A big thank you to everyone that came.

Sofia and her staff are amazing. She answered her email herself,(not an automated reply) and fit me in last minute. They were up on stools getting the tops of refrigerators and cabinets and things I wouldn’t have thought to do. I really appreciate a real human service. I tried scheduling with the brand names and they just flooded my inbox with ads and no response for scheduling. This was truly a godsend of help when I was just so overwhelmed.
