oven broken since May - office/staff bringing up “Ordering a part” (for said oven) basically refuses to replace it..staff just stare into your apartment windows- so much so every 1st floor unit tends to have bamboo patio covers to block views from porch.
I chose Sofi Shadowridge 8 years ago and have stayed because it was a very good decision. There's a real sense of community here. Biliana in the office does an excellent job and promptly answers any questions and helps with scheduling any needed maintenance issues. The maintenance crew, particularly Terry and Elizabeth, handle everything with professionalism and care. I have recommended Sofi Shadowridge to friends and will continue to do so.
This place is amazing. Very quiet and nice neighbors. The office staff are very nice. The maintenance crew are really great. The pool and gym are clean and nice. I really appreciate this place. It's the best place I've every rented in 23 years.
