We moved into Sofi Shadowridge over a year ago, and we're really happy with the location. Biliana was very helpful in assisting us to find our new home, and although it took some time to get used to the new environment and some changes, Elizabeth from the maintenance team has been incredibly helpful and quick to address any issues around our apartment. Warning to anyone considering moving into Prominence Apartments. I am writing this review to help future residents understand the problems that are never explained before you sign your lease. Everything I mention is supported by photos that I have attached. 1. The kitchen ventilation system is poorly designed. The range hood does not vent outside.
