My washer hasn’t been working for the longest and I can’t even get it fixed so sad
Was detailed and very nice. Really like the apartment and complex. Have since moved to another building on 1st floor. This unit is outdated not like my original unit. My refrigerator was freezing all my food, they replaced with a smaller older refrigerator which I thought was a temporary fix...no this is it and their solution to this noisy refrigerator is ordering a new condenser. Not happy with this plan at all! Was told this is the refrigerator I have to deal with even though not all my groceries fit in it!
Tina is the absolute best! The application process was smooth and the staff is quick to respond to any issues. So happy I found SoFi!!!
UPDATED REVIEW AFTER 6+ MONTHS: Have been robbed twice. One was a a home break in and the other was an attempt to steal my motorcycle but they only got parts from it. Lady tried to run me over in the parking lot, got arrested for DUI. Management will come into your apartment a few times a month and leave the lights on. Car threatened to be towed for no reason. My experience with Sofi Belmar has been utterly disappointing. Upon reading spectacular reviews and hearing nothing but positive comments about Sofi, I immediately wanted a tour. Originally, I drove around the complex and stopped at the leasing office to see if I could talk to a leasing agent and if lucky, have a same day walk-in tour. The office was empty and locked, with the "be back" time being 1pm .. it was almost 1:25pm.
