Natalia and Jeana were wonderful from the start. Anything I needed with my move in has been handled quickly. They are accessible and communicate well. I feel like I got very lucky with my choice of apartments..
I moved to SOFA in August and my experience has been excellent!! Jeana, Natalia and Lilly are very friendly, they make you feel like family. The maintenance staff is great! I put in a work order and it was taking care of that day. The location and amenities make you feel like you are on vacation every day!
UPDATE: Your new management (spec. Natalia) sucks. Not only bad at their job, simply not kind people. Lost package for my daughter, I had to drive down their multiple times, as no one would call me back. Totally consistent with every level of "mgmt". Zero accountability. They broke my lease and took zero responsibility that they were displacing a single mom with her kid - wouldn't pick up the phone or answer emails when i needed help right ahead of my lease start going into a holiday week forcing me to move twice, store my b... read more
Update: New Property Manager, Leila and her fabulous team have been working hard to bring this building back to the luxury apartment building it used to be. New furniture, clean hallways and garage…..the list goes on. Did I mention all the new events! Lots of events for the upcoming holidays so you can meet your neighbors.
