Update: New Property Manager, Leila and her fabulous team have been working hard to bring this building back to the luxury apartment building it used to be. New furniture, clean hallways and garage…..the list goes on. Did I mention all the new events! Lots of events for the upcoming holidays so you can meet your neighbors. Jeana, Natalia and The team killed it love the hospitality and love they showed when I moved in and to top it off the taco Tuesday stole me 🤣
The team here at South of Atlantic are wonderful. Jeanna and Natalia are very helpful and kind. They’ve hosted events like Taco Tuesday and others and it’s a great opportunity to meet the other residents. Amenities are kept clean and overall has been a great time being here.
Sofa is under new management with a vibrant and friendly team who make living here very easy and enjoyable. The building is constantly maintained by the professional team of Ernesto and Junior and the sales team led by Leila supported by Geana and Natalia are first class. A great place to live in Delray!!!
