Natalia the leasing specialist helped me to tour this property and she was great in explaining everything, answering all my questions and showing me multiple units to choose from. Her professionalism is outstanding
16 months here and boy have things changed. Dirty carpets in the hallways, 3 Property Managers and countless leasing agents, elevators broken every month, garage gates and decals not working, AC in Lobby broken for almost a month. Pool leaking on the front doors and in the garage. Lack of communication and always excuses that because they are new to the property, they are still figuring it out. So many people moving out, I wonder why?
Zero accountability. They broke my lease and took zero responsibility that they were displacing a single mom with her kid - wouldn't pick up the phone or answer emails when i needed help right ahead of my lease start going into a holiday week forcing me to move twice, store my belongings and stay with a friend given the last minute change. ZERO concession was offered. In fact it took months get acknowledgement of the issue but still, nothing to compensate for how much it cost ME for THEM to break my lease. I have been a resident at SOFA for the past three years, and unfortunately, the condition of the building has significantly declined during that time. I would not recommend moving here The most concerning issue is an ongoing cockroach infestation. Despite repeated pest control treatments, cockroaches continue to appear in both the common areas and inside units — I’ve attached photos for reference.
