I have been a resident at SOFA for the past three years, and unfortunately, the condition of the building has significantly declined during that time. I would not recommend moving here The most concerning issue is an ongoing cockroach infestation. Despite repeated pest control treatments, cockroaches continue to appear in both the common areas and inside units — I’ve attached photos for reference. I'm so bummed about this place. Started off well but it's is a common occurrence on the 4th floor these days. It's been there since Monday mind you cleaning folks cleaned this open area steps from our unit since then.
Best ribeye around. And the kale side dish - yum! The “California” artichoke is okay, but probably not worth the price. Service is very good.
It's a bit expensive, but for the amenities and location, it's totally worth it! Also, it's a nice quiet place to live, and all of the neighbors I had while there were extremely courteous and considerate.
The staff is awesome and very helpful They go the extra mile
