Nice people work there but the quality of the product is terrible. I purchased a leather reclining sofa and the leather started peeling after I had it for six months. When I called them to tell them that the sofa had issues and even emailed them photos, they told me they would come out and fix it for $140! And that answer took months of going back and forth with their supplier. Do not order a sofa that you do not see on the showroom floor and can try out first. Debra
Lots of Furniture & Mattresses and Fast Delivery just moved to LA and bought my mattress and furniture from them. I've been shopping around a lot and this place has by far the BEST prices! they delivered my mattress the same day i bought it! customer service was good and nice. i brought my friend here to get her furniture too. overall, i would recommend this place. i'm coming back to get more stuff!
Good with sale, extremely poor follow-up, “I’m busy, call me later attitude”. Platform was built wrong end out, possibly solved by turning except bed’s foot became the rough end, hammer dings/rough wood, not designed for viewing. Workers attempt to fix w/more stain did nothing for dings/nail marks. Owner’s demeanor changed to “What do you expect me to do?” It was never fixed. Twin was delivered with reg mattress, not twin long. Owner’s response: “No, that Co doesn’t make twin long” then a curt, “Yeah, call me next week.” Mor... read more
