Professionals From the time you enter the establishment through the time you leave, you come across Professionals. Dr. Long is wonderful..easy going and pleasant individual. All the staff is very friendly.
They were so wonderful with my resistant toddler! The hygienist came to get us and reached out to hold my daughter's hand which she surprisingly took (she's a momma's girl). She explained everything to Reagan, her "silly" mask, the "tickly" toothbrush, etc. Reagan resisted when she tried to put the toothbrush in her mouth so I held her while the dentist checked in her mouth. Then they very quickly cleaned her teeth and painted on the fluoride treatment. I felt they handled everything very well.
My experience I've been going to this dentist's office for many years and the 2 main people who take care of me are Betty the hygienist and Dr. Mendelson - i wouldn't ask for anybody else - they're the best.
Barry Freyburg and Gene(?) Mendelsohn are the best! Friendly but……oh so knowledgeable about dentistry.
Great with kids! The hygienist make my daughter feel very comfortable. She always leaves her appointment with a big smile. The dentist also came out to say hello even though she did not need to see my daughter at her 6 month cleaning. The staff is nice and the office is very clean.

I see Betty Weidenbach every 3 months or so to keep my gums and teeth happy. She is wonderful. Going to a good dentist is important but I think that regularly seeing a good hygienist is even more important. I have seen other hygenists at Webster and they all seem to be great - but Betty goes above and beyond. She give me really excellent cleanings and provides that extra coordination to help me save time and money. Thanks You to Betty!
