Very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to work with you.
We had hail damage to house and barn roofs and a couple of doors. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and all the workers were excellent. I especially want to mention the rep we worked with, Richard. He was so on top of everything and he and his assistant, Mathew made us feel like we were their only clients - and this was a busy time! We had the opportunity to have Richard Colcas help us with the unforunate hail loss to our home last May. It was an easy transition as he did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end. He took care of everything with the insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. This is the second time we have had to use Soderburg roofing and we have been satisfied both times.
Soderburg did a fantastic job with our roof and gutter after a major hailstorm. Our insurance and mortgage companies were a little slow to respond, but our project lead at Soderburg (shout out to Jay!) did a great job of fielding questions and providing documentation. He advocated for us and we ended up with a better category of roof than we had before. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work or the service we received from them. Highly recommend!
Destroyed my home and are refusing to fix it under their own warranty. Do not use this company. I will update my review should they decide to actually do the right thing. Update 1/8/2025: owner of soderburg: actually call me instead of being a coward. Also: your company installed the roof, gutters, and heat tape. You are hiding with Jack behind his lies.
