The good news is that their customer service is exemplary. The bad news is that my mother was sent a product that looked NOTHING like the "violets" and "butterflies" I expected. Purple is my mother's favourite colour. See the difference between what I ordered, versus what she got. In summation: trash. Five stars so this review would be seen.
Soderberg’s is the best! Whether it’s your wedding or you’re just stopping by to grab a bouquet they are always helpful, patient, and so considerate. I’ve purchased from them so many times and always directed to use them because they are so consistent and reliable.
Arrangement was awesome! They were loved by the recipient! Awesome job on creating and getting it delivered to the right place at the right time! All along the way keeping me informed. Above and beyond I would recommend this place to anyone!
Alissa did a wonderful job putting together a beautiful bouquet for my sister-in-law’s birthday. The team was amazing in sending me a picture before they went out too, since often you don’t get to see the arrangement before it goes out for delivery! I chose to go with the Florist’s Choice and am so glad I did, Alissa’s vision and execution far exceeded my expectation. Thanks Alissa & Soderberg team!
