My roommate and I have had a great experience so far at Park Trails! It’s a great neighborhood and all of the staff and neighbors have been very friendly. Specifically our maintenance man Chad, he’s been super helpful and fulfills maintenance requests quickly and with a lot of care. You can tell he wants the best experience for the residents and we appreciate that a lot!
I've been a resident at Second Street Station Apartments for over 2 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. This building offers practical and affordable living with updated units that are well-maintained. It's a quiet community with minimal issues, making it a comfortable place to call home. Located in the charming Knollwood area, I enjoy being within walking distance of all the fun shops and amenities. Moved to Park Trails in February and love the apartment and neighborhood. The property manager, Helen, has been GREAT from the start. I also love the many parks and trails in the area. Shopping is very convenient and I can walk to Trader Joe's!
Amazing rental company that excels at customer service. I have rented with companies before who take days or weeks at a time to respond after being contacted, but I'm happy to say that's not the case here. They are very responsive and willing to help with any questions or issues you might run into. Amanda at Melrose Gates and Erin at Lux Apartments in particular are fantastic property managers. I would highly recommend Soderberg's properties if you're looking for a place to call home.
I have been living at lux apartments for the last 6 months. And before that I was living at Melrose gate’s apartment for 14 years. I must say I have experienced some great property manager and have been delighted with their ability to deal with the day to day tasks that they have to deal with.
