I was looking for a dentist after moving here. I was referred to Dr. Soder and her team. I can understand why. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable about proper dental care. Stephanie was very organized at the front and was very understanding with my paperwork. Dr. Soder was both knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Extremely rude and not willing to help out when running 5 min late for an appointment. We have been coming to Dr. Soder for 20 years. Never seem to be late but one time asked for a little bit of grace. It was not even considered.
I’ve been with Dr. Soder for over 20 years. Overall, it’s been a great experience except for today. I was running late for my cleaning appointment and called them to let them know. Initially they gave me a grace period of 10 minutes and I would have made it. But, then I was told the hygienist didn’t agree to the grace period and I had to be there in time (according to someone named Stacy). This was my first time being late. I really can't overstate how positive my experience was with my hygienist, Brenda, and Dr. Soder. I have poor brushing habits due to sensory issues/autism, and they did not judge me at all for it in my first appointment. Without any judgment, they helped me find a way to brush that would work for me.
I just got a new set of dentures from Dr. Sodor an they are the best I have had in years. It took 4 years an 3 different dentist to get them . I am blessed to have found Dr. Sodor. great team an awesome dentures.
