If you are a homeowner do not use this property management company. They are utterly incompetent and lack any sense of urgency when dealing with your property. It took them almost 4 weeks to get my property on the market and that was with me badgering them constantly. Their communication skills are terrible. I would call them to ask questions, they wouldn't have the answer and tell me they would call me back. No one would ever call me back.
