This is a follow-up to my first post in which I gave a 1-star review. Sod-X did come back out and replace the sod on Thursday of last week. While there are some very dry areas in the sod (and we have been watering appropriately on a daily basis), overall it is much better looking and blends in with the existing grass. I appreciate the follow up on the matter and am satisfied with the replacement.
Matt and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. There is a science behind sod and it’s about follow up and attention to the customer. We are so happy with our lawn and waited to work with Matt and team…well worth the wait.
