Too much miscommunication. Firm does stand by the products it places in your home and did swap out several damaged furnishings. However, once you move in, they do not come by to check on you. The owner, in particular could earn a lot more revenue by coming to a home that the builder staged. When you spend 200k+ on furnishings, you expect superb treatment.
