They Management Company (WestShore LLC) doesn't respond to inquiries at all. Their apartment managers are EXTREMELY slow to respond to people and are not helpful. The complex has gone to trash. The pool is falling apart. They removed all of the hammocks (6!) and have not replaced. The lighting is going out around the pool/community area and they haven't replaced. The pool gates no longer lock/open. The pool umbrellas have been destroyed and only 1 remains but is extremely small (unlike the original umbrellas) and offers no s... read more

I do not recommend living here. I can't wait for my lease to expire so that I can leave.
Take care of the trash issue!!!! Buy another compactor so trash is not overflowing! Do something about the bulk items being dumped in the parking space next to the compactor! This is ridiculous and trashy, not luxury living!
we visited for information and the office was closed. We checked their schedule before starting our 4 hour driving to look for apartments. We called, left messages and e-mailed. We never received a call back or email.
RecommendedTruly amazing how quickly they got me moved in. Very friendly and answered any question I had. Would recommend them to anyone.
was happy to move to soco I have only been here for 9 months and the management has changed then the staff in the office have all quit or been fired. I just think its ridiculous to pay all this money and u dont even get to access some of the facilities.

Absolutely love living here! Apartments are beautiful. They staff in the office are always friendly and helpful and I couldn't ask for better neighbors.
