Greatest doctor I’ve ever gone to
Dr. Sockolov is thoughtful, creative and caring. Too bad for patients that he is going to retire soon but happy for him!
After several years as a patient, I find Alvin sockolov to be open-minded, caring and professional. He is an awesome doctor and I would highly recommend him.
I'm leaving this comment to express my warm appreciation regarding my last visit on February 11, 2019. This is to shine a little light on Dr. Sockolov's Physician Assistant, Kasmian Campa. He was very patient and listened to all my concerns. He gave relevant recommendations and overall I felt that he really cared about me.
I'm so fortunate to have discovered Dr. Sockolov. He is geniunely interested in his patients and makes a point of not rushing from patient to patient. I've been through some tough medical issues, and Dr. Sockolov has always been compassionate and supportive. There are many people who continue to see him even though their insurance changes, and pay cash just so they don't have to leave this practice. That says something!
Dr. Alvin is the best, he has a great staff. I’m very proud to be his patient for the last few years.
Honestly a terrible and third-rate mediocre health care office. Let's talk about rudeness, sense of giving-up, callousness, and all round low quality performance by the staff. Some I assume are good people. Get your stuff somewhat together my dudes.
An office that does not return phone calls. I always get the voicemail, and no one returns the calls. The message says they'll get back to you within 24 hours. That's a lie. And it's happened every time I call. My PA was Erin. Twice I left messages with her office assistant having to call three times to finally talk with her. This is over the course of a two week period, so it's not like I am being a squeaky wheel. And the same thing happened with the the other departments within the office.
