IF YOU ARE SEEKING HELP LOOK ELSEWHERE!! This program was late to prescribe my meds 3 times which resulted in me running out and being unable to sleep. The "group therapy" is literally videos you can find on YouTube and articles on google. If you are actually trying to get better everyone will just tell you to breathe because they haven’t met themselves deeply and don’t realize that sometimes you need something more than a breathing exercise. There’s a strong sense of community, and you don’t feel like you’re doing this alone. The programs are clear, practical, and helpful, giving me tools I can actually use day to day. Society Wellness meets you where you’re at and reminds you that recovery is possible, even when it feels hard. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I’ve found here.
