Be Careful, I moved in 11/25. I rented a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. From the beginning, one of my roommates who works from home, started harassing me about making noise. It became a hostile living environment and management did not support me. I ended up being forced to move.
I currently live at Society Orlando, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. My apartment has flooded twice. The first incident was caused by a toilet overflow due to plumbing issues, which resulted in damage to my personal property and required me to file an insurance claim. Management was not helpful during that situation and required me to remain in what I felt were unsafe conditions while repairs were handled.
