The concierge Antonella was wonderful, great customer service experience. So polite and professional.
They charge $150 for locking yourself outside your bedroom, when they only give you ONE key fob to open it (all they had to do is open my door). For parking, they give you a sticker at the most awkward spot in your windshield and they tell you that you have to keep it there, when its literally in the middle of my windshield. When i first got my room, I couldn't fully shut the door and had to wait for matinance to fix that. My ethernet plug also didnt work and I had to fix that myself, since the matinance crew there will not ... read more
I just moved in to Society Orlando two weeks ago from Virginia and didn’t know the building at all. I had a seamless move due to the extremely helpful staff. Also, Glory and Danny on the concierge team are fantastic!! They have helped out so much the last couple of weeks with all of my deliveries and always go above and beyond for the residents here to do anything they can to make things easier! I highly recommend this community and am very happy to be here!
