The building has excellent amenities and a great leasing, management and concierge staff. Fantastic location right next to I4, train and bus station. Walking distance to the restaurants, cafes, and bars in downtown. I highly recommend considering it for your next home!

The building with the best amenities and views in DTO. The staff are amazing! Antonella, from 5th Avenue concierge, is God sent! Helped me move into my apartment! She is concierge and literally a moving company all in one! I am so grateful! The gym classes offered are endless. I will be trying my first fitness class this week after finally settling in!
