My mother died and I needed to clear out her apartment. Some stuff I wanted to donate to charity. Because we live in the south hills, I naturally thought of Saint Vincent de Park. They advertised that they accept furniture donations. And their website reads that donations are accepted as early as 10am. Both are wrong. This is one of the better thrift stores that I've been to in the area. Fair prices for the most part. Except for TVs I wouldn't buy TVs there or some of the electronics. For the most part though, it's far better than any Goodwill. Especially for furniture. They have really good deals on furniture if you are able to get to them fast enough before they sell.
