Get directionsI'm posting to clarify a few ignorant reviews about these "apartments." The reviewers apparently have no idea what type of housing they live/lived in. These are not apartments; they're condos. So when you see these negative reviews, they're usually the fault of the *private owner* of that condo unit – not the building management or association. How an adult can rent a place and not even understand where they live is beyond comprehension.
They need to remodel these apartments . With all the new structures being build around them they need to upgrade to keep up. The apartments just look old. However the view is amazing I guess that's what you're paying for "shrugges"
If you are looking to rent, avoid these high-rises like the plague! They love to hit you with surprise fees after signing a lease, including two separate $250 charges (on top of a deposit) just to move your stuff in and out of the building - they claim it's a fee assessed for using the "freight elevator", but it's just the regular building elevator with padded blankets added to the walls. WARNING - there is not traditional air conditioning in these buildings and the units can get very hot especially with all of the windows irrespective of window treatments. The heating / cooling system is on a centralized system. Management controls when your unit pumps out hot or cool air or "neutral" air which is equivalent to the unit blowing out warm, dusty air. Have lived here my entire 20 years of life. And what has changed within those 20 years? Nothing. The heating and cooling systems are based off of management and it’s currently forecasted to be in the low 70s. But the heat is still on. Due to poor management a pipe repair project took almost 3 months when it was only going to take 3. And they put in a horrendous looking new “ac/heat” system.
