Should install security cameras around the property. Since living here, people have gotten there catalytic converters cut out of their vehicles multiple times. Another person had their vehicle stolen.Then someone tried prying open my mailbox. Why is it so hard to get security cameras put up when you pay good money to live here and are having multiple issues with crime.

The management is awful terribly rude, almost feel like I’m going to the principals office when I need to talk to somebody with upper management in this development. they now make you make reservations for pool time. Even if you have a regular summer pass, they should be more worried about updating the furniture and the pool area. It’s so old and dirty.
Hoa takes advantage of owners and tenants. Short notice on updates. Fines whenever possible. Changes to payment system cause delays and late fees. The one good thing about the association is that the lawn is kept nice.
