Unpleasant experience with management. They won't let you rent (low % of units are allowed to rent) and HOA fees keeps increasing frequently. There are patterns of discriminating residents on certain basis and while some get away, some keep getting violation notice for same reason. Board members are quite non-cooperative, rude and unresponsive, i had to go through an ordeal to sell my property here. This post is specifically about the association. They are rude, incapable of having civil conversations, and incredibly lazy when it comes to basic upkeep of the community. Horrible to deal with
