Community is lacking in the maintenance area. On McDowell Drive its dark at night and feels unsafe dangerous if your walking one of the post lights is not working and the other is about to go out. The reserve and guest spots need repainting badly to keep people from taking other peoples spots.They need to come around and check on these things. This place has gotten worse over the last couple of years.
Unpleasant experience with management. They won't let you rent (low % of units are allowed to rent) and HOA fees keeps increasing frequently. There are patterns of discriminating residents on certain basis and while some get away, some keep getting violation notice for same reason. Board members are quite non-cooperative, rude and unresponsive, i had to go through an ordeal to sell my property here.
