I recieved my TREK FX3 a week ago. So far I am thoroughly impressed with this bike. Great build quality and so light. The paint job is an amazing red. Ray was extremely patient and helpful with my initial order of the bike several months ago. I took Delivery of the bike last Friday. Grant(?) was completely professional. He help me accessorize the bike and made adjustments for a perfect fit. I am very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely come back.

I went in this past Saturday morning after a ride. Even though they were extremely busy the customer service was great. They answered all of my questions and got me fixed up with a new full suspension Scott in no time.
The customer service are friendly and helps and advice customers with their expertise.

Society Cycle Works: Worst service EVER, STAY AWAY!!! I spent 2 full months and made 4 trips into this shop. All I wanted was a basic tune up on a new bike, some brake pads, and my derailluers adjusted. After all this time and hassle, the work was not done, the pads not replaced, and the derailluers are still out of allignment. I wasted $120, but more imoportantly I spent the last 2 months with no bike.
