I have no doubt this place is great once you’ve actually got an appointment. It’s the booking that’s a mess. This is how I tried to book an appointment: 1. I tried to book online, but the website kept redirecting me back to the services menu, so I called. 2. I called the salon and spoke to someone who said they had an opening at 10 am the next day. I went to another salon after this one and the stylist literally laughed at my balayage. They told me that should teach me a lesson not to get my hair done at a beauty school. When I told them it was professionally done and they didn’t believe me. Not only did the color come out splotchy, it wasn’t even slightly symmetrical, and also they fried my hair. I even went back and showed them the issues- and they tried to fix it but could not. Hopefully I was just not luck because the salon has great reviews.
