This apartment complex markets itself online as “newly renovated” and “modern,” but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. Toured with my son. A pretty and well maintained community with a great location. Office staff were all super friendly and helpful.
BEWARE: DO NOT LEASE HERE. I try to avoid negative reviews and resolve issues. However, this was not the case with Society and want to share our experience. They will accuse you of arbitrary damages at move out due to their greed of squeezing every possible penny from good tenants and actions of their incompetent staff. Yes, I brought this to management's attention and attempted to resolve in a professional manner to no avail.
