Ryan Roselli was excellent! He very quickly called me back and got my SS survivor’s benefits set up. He gave me his direct contact information in case I had future questions. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help in this situation. Also, a thank you to Angi who was extremely helpful when I met with her during a walk-in appointment. They're great people, I appreciate their help but they're severely understaffed and expected to do the work of 20. It's no wonder there is a wait to be seen when there are only 3 people working in the office and now you can't even go in to talk to them, you have to make appointments or call in because there is almost no way for them to make time in between.
