Best ever got me What I needed and got me out highly recommend
The Ss office is open. I asked them to print a copy of my monthly benefits. They told me that part of the office was closed. So even though they're open they are NOT helping a 71 year old US Citizen!
Honestly, it was the smoothest and fast experience i had. A older gentleman helped me get my ssn name changed… less than 5 mins. Just got in the morning… thats what I did.
Horrible service, very rude. I've went to the office, called several times. Not only gave I have them my daughter's bank account information several times and signed what they needed sign they have not contacted me or anything even they said they will. Apparently we have had a case worker since June July and that person has never contacted us over the phone no emails no letters. Every time I call they tell me something different. I didn't know what's going on with the workers in this office but they need to get it together. ... read more
