The first thing he said when I said down (heavy set guy with white hair and glasses) I'll work until 4 then you're out the door. <--- Who allows employees to talk to customers like this?! Guy read my court order and immediately said I CANT USE THIS BECAUSE IT'S 2 MORE THAN YEARS OLD, because he was reading the revise date at the bottom of the document instead of reading when the court order was signed or stamped by the judge. Very rude for sure! Went in to get a second social security card for my son and they wouldn't issue me one because my Id was in the mail and my Fort Leonard Wood contractors license doesn't have my birthdate on it. So the man said nope can't use it. It's a legal document but not good enough cause the birthdate isnt on it. So then he said look it's common sense if you can't read it says....blah blah blah.
