My husband has been there 3 TIMES!! He is supposed to be giving them his birth certificate so he can start drawing his social security. EACH time we have checked the website (you cannot get a human when you call) EACH time the website said they were open until 4. The office isn't close so EACH time he has to take off work. They TOLD him he HAD to bring the certificate to the office. I gave them a 1 only because negative 100 was not an option. ABSOLUTELY inexcusable. Can't even update their website?
