Everyone at this facility were so kind. From the gards to the employees. Everytime I've stepped foot in this building ive been met with a staff that is willing to help even if its just pointing you in the right direction. They take the time to explain and assist as much as they can. I appreciate all their help! I highly recommend Mason City SSA!

This is literally the nicest social security agency spot that I have ever been to!!!! I mean we walked into here and a lady called us up to the window literally the nicest agent!! I mean she was actually happy to help us with our social security name change!
