This is literally the nicest social security agency spot that I have ever been to!!!! I mean we walked into here and a lady called us up to the window literally the nicest agent!! I mean she was actually happy to help us with our social security name change!
This is the best Social Security office I have ever dealt with. In 2018, a critical mistake was made in regards to my disability payments. I contacted this office and the lady who answered immediately figured out what was wrong and worked diligently to fix the issue the same day and got me an emergency payment. Then, in 2023/24, I once again had a similar mistake made to my account, though it was a bit more complicated to correct. I no longer lived in the area and so this wasn't my local office anymore. Rude and also hung up on needing a review of my case ,there's only 1 person that works ssi.program they need to hire someone to take care of this situation!!
incredibly rude agents. I called for a change of address but was quite snidely told that because I have a rep payee, (who terminated the payeeship), they cannot do anything and i can’t have my fiancé or her mother be my payee( which is bull). I told the lady that this was ridiculous and I hung up. The agent lady was anything but helpful and had an annoyed/ angry tone to her voice.
