Had the worst experience here. We just moved here a few months ago. They had my kids resources all messed up, vehicles we don't own bank accts we don't own. So when i called to sort this out the case worker i got was so rude. Making insensitive comments about our income. He made me so uncomfortable and wanting a new case worker. I will be reporting him. In hopes they give me a new caseworker. You just dont treat people like that when u work in that kind of an environment.
By appointment only, no walk ins, yet no appointments available. I needed to bring in my marriage license for verification but couldn't
Everyone at this facility were so kind. From the gards to the employees. Everytime I've stepped foot in this building ive been met with a staff that is willing to help even if its just pointing you in the right direction. They take the time to explain and assist as much as they can. I appreciate all their help! I highly recommend Mason City SSA!
Was trying to get an appointment set up and got hung up on before I was even done talking. They don’t really care about people’s schedules…
